FAQs
How does the commission process work?
Every piece we make is bespoke and made to order. The process typically runs in four stages: enquiry, design, manufacture, and delivery. You can start by submitting an enquiry through our Get Your Estimate page, and we'll be in touch to discuss your requirements.
How long does it take to make a piece?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workload, but most commissions take between 4–8 weeks from design sign-off to delivery. We'll give you a clear timeline when we confirm your order.
Can I customise the size and finish?
Yes — all of our pieces are fully customisable. You can specify dimensions, tile patterns, grout colours, and base finishes. We'll work with you during the design stage to get everything just right.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across the UK. Delivery is arranged once your piece is complete, and we use specialist couriers experienced in handling heavy, fragile items.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your piece, as well as your location. We'll include a delivery estimate in your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently focused on UK deliveries, but please get in touch if you're based outside the UK and we'll see what we can arrange.
What materials do you use?
Every piece is hand fabricated using premium Spanish and Italian porcelain, hand cut and mitred for a seamless finish. We build on Wedi or Jackoboard tile backer board, tank the internal bowl for waterproofing before tiling, and resin seal every external corner for a smooth, durable result. All materials are chosen for their quality and long-term durability. See our fabrication process for a full step-by-step breakdown.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes — take a look at our collections to see the range of pieces we've made. Each listing includes photography of finished commissions.
How do I care for my tiled piece?
Tiled surfaces are durable and easy to maintain. We recommend wiping down with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that could damage the grout or tile surface.
