We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. Please note that colours, tile finish, and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the device you use to view the store and its settings.

As every piece is commissioned to your specification, final appearance, dimensions, and finish are agreed with you directly before fabrication begins. We do not warrant that the appearance of any finished piece will be identical to renders shown on the site, which are illustrative of style and finish rather than an exact preview.

SECTION 3 — COMMISSIONS AND ORDERS
When you request a quote or place a commission, you are making an enquiry or offer to commission a piece to be fabricated to your specification. Jacko reserves the right to accept or decline any commission at its discretion. A commission is not confirmed until we have agreed the specification with you and received your deposit.

Your commission is subject to cancellation and refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices quoted are specific to your commission and depend on size, tile selection, and design complexity. The price confirmed in your written quote is the price that applies to your order, and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices do not include VAT (we are not currently VAT registered) or any additional customs charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information. You represent and warrant that any payment method you use is valid and authorised for your use.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Once a piece is transferred to the courier, risk of loss or damage in transit is covered under our Refund & Returns Policy.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, and the design and arrangement of the site, are owned by Jacko or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Jacko's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Jacko. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to such tools "as is" without warranty, and accept no liability arising from your use of them.

Jacko is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make in our store are made directly with Jacko. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Jacko.
