Refund & Returns Policy
Every piece we make is commissioned to your specification — built to your dimensions, in your choice of tile and finish. Because of this, standard change-of-mind returns don't apply to bespoke and made-to-order goods, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Before fabrication begins You can cancel your commission at any time before fabrication starts. Your deposit will be refunded in full, less the cost of any materials already ordered specifically for your piece.
Once fabrication has started Once work begins on your piece, your deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials have been committed and time allocated specifically to your commission. A 30% deposit is required to commence your commission, with the remaining balance due on delivery.
Damage or fault Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. If it's arrived damaged, or there's a fault with the workmanship, contact us within 48 hours at info@jackointerior.co.uk with photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping Policy
We deliver anywhere in the UK. Delivery is included in your quote — there are no separate shipping charges.
Lead time Every piece is fabricated to order. A typical basin takes around 20 hours of studio time, and current turnaround from commission to delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on order volume and complexity.
Delivery Given the size and weight of tiled basins and furniture, pieces are delivered via specialist courier suited to fragile, oversized items. We'll be in touch to arrange a delivery date and confirm someone will be available to receive and inspect the piece on arrival.
Packaging Every piece is carefully packaged and protected for transit. Please inspect your delivery before signing for it, and note any visible damage to the packaging with the courier.
